行銷是一門很有趣的課,既然是要賣點子、賣產品,當然就得了解消費者、保持和最新的趨勢同步前進。

兩周前的行銷課提到了社交媒體(socail-media)如何重大的影響了消費者的行為,還有人們的互動方式。從甚麼時候開始,身邊好多朋友都成了facebook的國民;這年頭沒有blog好像就顯得過時了,我們在不知不覺中接受潮流帶來的改變,沒有發現除了我們之外,其實整個世界跟著變了,我們只是搭著趨勢的順風車,跟著前進而已

這支短片裡提到了很多很有趣的數字和現象,有些聽起來有點誇張啦~我想大概是因為這些數據取自於美國的大城市,比如紐約或是曼哈頓,不過,依照整個世界都是跟著美國的腳步前進看來,大概總有那麼一天,我們的生活就會像影片裡描述的一樣吧。

影片跑的速度很快,所以我把幾個有趣的概念記錄翻譯下來,有些沒有記下來--因為看起來和東方人的生活比較不相關。有些沒有翻譯出來--因為好像不隻到怎麼翻譯最好(比如: word of mouth =world of mouth)

Social Media isn’t a fad, it’s a fundamental shift in the way we communicate
